You are bidding on a vintage and rare green Coleman single mantle white gas lantern model 200A700. This lantern is in great original condition. Dated 5/83 for May 1983. The lantern has been thoroughly cleaned, inspected, and brass burner parts polished. The lantern has been given a brief test fire, burns bright and loud. The fire marks can be easily cleaned off if you so desire.This lantern came from the collection of an avid Coleman lantern collector, he took the time to clean up and ...restore all his lanterns as close to their original beauty as he could. This lantern is no exception and looks amazing for its age.New cap gasket installed and pump cup has been oiled with neatsfoot oil. Check valve works with minor leak back. A few very minor paint scratches on fuel tank, no dents or leaks. Original white letter Coleman made in Germany globe is in great shape with no cracks or chips. Ventilator is also in great condition with no chips, no other flaws in the porcelain enamel paint, no dents or bends. Decal is original with some cracking.Comes with the very hard to find Coleman yellow clamshell carry case that fits only 200A lanterns, and no.0 filter funnel. Overall a very good working lantern and would make a great addition to your collection.
