This early cartoon character doll appears to be made of a vinyl coated cloth, oil cloth in the old parlance. He shows signs of being played with quite a bit in his almost 100 year old life, but is mostly intact with only a few minor seam openings, some color loss at bending points and some issues with his hook of yellow hair at the top of his head. It is all there, but loss of color and stuffing at that point is present. He is about 9 ½ to 10 inches tall. Pictures will be the best des...cription.
