This beautiful antique hand-stitched quilt, possibly of Welsh origin, is a wonderful example of classic Art Nouveau fabric/textiles. Unusually, both of the beautiful designs, (on either reversible side) are entirely different, so almost two quilts for the price of one!
The quilt is a generous double size and measures approximately 82" x 82"
The intricate hand-stitching can be seen on both sides, and I have also tried to show the seam joins.
This is... an antique quilt, and as such, it is not perfect and has a couple of obvious 'issues' which are photographed.I hope these are easily fixable for anyone good at sewing. Please take time to view all of the photographs and please read the written condition report too.
