This Deco Girls Lamp by Fayral was made in Art Deco PERIOD 1920. It great sculpture bronze lamp for anyone's desk. This piece is designed with two nude girls. Each girl is hanging onto a center dish that keys, change, or other small items can be placed in. Above each girl is a pretty flower shaped lamp that illuminates the girls from above with soft light and brilliant colors with gold ART GLASS SHADES. They have lily design and mint condition. This bronze ...lamp is handmade and has great patina, which is proof of age... Please look for the tubes for shades, they are too bronze and have patina in green color-Beautiful Color Patina. The lamp Mounted on Fine Italian Marble Base and signed -Old Mint condition.'Fayral' is a pseudonym for Pierre Le Faguays, who was born in Nantes, France, in 1892.Fayral Fayral and Guerbe were 2 pseudonyms used by the famous Pierre Le Faguays. Fayral and Guerbe were both the family names for his Mother and his Wife. Le Faguays was born in Nantes, France and became famous for the originality he gave his dancers, many of which were inspired by the statues of Tanagra. He gained a medal of honour for his work in 1927. He was a best friend of Max Le Verrier and the Le Verrier foundry made most of - if not all of his BRONZE sculptures.
