You are bidding on an original Calvin Roy Kinstler carved wooden horse. This model is a Clydesdale signed by the artist made circa 1930's - 1940's. Mr. Kinstler was from Baltimore, MD area and is considered by many to be the greatest horse artist of all time. Many of his works can be viewed in Museums such as the International Museum of the Horse in Kentucky. His pieces rarely come up for sale.
Although this piece displays very well, it does have some condition issues of... which my high resolution photos will reveal. Most notably, at some point the rear legs were damaged and re-attached. This piece could be restored by a professional at the new owners discretion. I am offering this piece in as found condition.
