I turned it on and the blade spins so it works. I couldn't figure out how to adjust the blade depth so I can't guarantee it's in full working order - for this reason I'm selling it as for parts or not working. I also can't guarantee it's complete since I'm not familiar with it - Take a look at the pics to see what you think. It has scratches, blemishes, flaws, imperfections, etc. There's a ding on the end of the planing surface as you can best see in the 12th pic. It's dirty and could ...use a good cleaning.
