Offered is a beautiful tall bronze & white glass (milk glass) torchiere lamp. It has a gorgeous Art Deco Flower designed base & beading shapes, with lovely designed side handles. I have searched all over ebay to find a similar torchiere lamp and cannot find one so its quite a rare design, most are all brass with no glass . I don't know much about metals but its color is bronze and definitely is not painted on, if I had to guess its maybe a bronze on brass???, Just don...'t know for sure its material.. It takes a 3 way bulb and there is a off / on switch on cord as well as at socket... Its condition is very nice, there is patina to the metal cup holder and some very minor wear or markings on its very bottom base. I do not know its origin , age or maker but it is definitely Vintage yet looks Antique but have no idea of exact age.PLEASE NOTE SHADE ON LAMP IS NOT INCLUDED, I TOOK IT OFF A LAMP I HAD TO SHOW WHAT TYPE WOULD GO ON IT, YOU WILL NEED TO AQUIRE ONE WHICH THERE ARE MANY TO CHOOSE FROM ON EBAY REASONABLY.PLEASE SEE ALL THE PICTURES AND EMAIL IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS. THE LAMP SIZE FROM TABLE TOP TO TOP OF SHADE I HAVE ON IT IS 38 1/2" , THE HEIGHT WITHOUT SHADE TO TOP OF CUP HOLDER IS 33 1/2", THE BOTTOM BASE MEASURES 7 1/2" ACROSS ITS CENTER, THE WIDEST GLASS POINT IS APPROX. 10". ITS WIDTH ACROSS WHERE HANDLES ARE IS 13".
