Includes a combination "Ragtime Rastus and the Boxers" manufactured circa 1915 by the National Toy Company, Boston, MA. This Black Americana toy was advertised as "Two Novelties in One for Disc Talking Machines." Phonograph toys are made of wood, paper, and wire and come with a wooden stage which fits over a record on a phonograph turntable. The toys jiggle and dance on their platform while the record plays.
The dancer stands 6-1/2" tall and the boxers are 5-1/2" tall (both me...asurements include the wire rod). Toys appear to be in good overall condition.
