You are bidding on this vintage "HEATHKIT" Tube Checker, Model IT-17, that was purchased from a local Estate Sale along with some other early Items (see other Auctions). I plugged the Unit in and it did "POWER UP" & lights came on while I have no way or know how to test it any further. It looks to still be in good, used condition with some surface wear throughout it while it is missing 1 of it's rubber pads on the 1 corner (see pics). All of the knobs/dials seem to rotate/move properly while it is approx. 5 3/4" x 9" x 13" in size and could use a better cleaning to look even nicer (we only lightly cleaned it). Still a nice HEATHKIT tube checker that will make a great addition to any collection or as the perfect Gift.
