I'm not sure but at a guess I would describe these as German and hand-blown. They are really sweet and catch the light as you can see. A perfect pair to bring a ping of colour into the nook of a display cabinet or bar shelf. They have a beautiful high pitch ring to them. The green has a wave to it, the odd bubble too here and there.
