I am not a company, simply a parent trying to raise a little extra income to provide for my boys :) Please check back frequently, I will be adding many more very rare vintage character watches and other rare collectibles over time. Good Ebay ads that are descriptive/accurate take time to set up though. Will be reviving my .99 No Reserve auctions again soon, so make sure to follow me to be notified of when they are listed (typically I list them on Thursdays). Want to thank everyone who has bought an item from me in the past, so happy to read all the happy feedbacks I receive and know my loved collectibles have found good homes :)Up for sale is a BEAUTIFUL very rare 1954 Howdy Doody "moving eyes" character watch. This is the very first Howdy Doody watch ever made, and is highly sought after by collectors. Extremely hard to find watch, and ultra hard to find one in working condition AND still have it's original straps (in my 15+ years collecting character watches, this is the only working example I have ever come across). This particular example is a nice WORKING example with a very nice dial, please view picks to gauge condition personally. Watch winds, hands set and movement runs quite well as it ran for 12+ hours. Although it is currently working well, this watch is 65 year old and hasn't been serviced in a while, so is offered AS IS for a collectible piece only with no returns ( most of these watches dont run after 70 years unless periodically cleaned/serviced). Offered at less than current book value, with a working example typically commanding higher than book value. New owner will be VERY pleased :)
