Martha as a child watched her parents, her great aunts, MARIA MARTINEZ and Desideria Montoya make the TRADITIONAL pots with the TRADITIONAL designs. Her uncle, Johnny 'Tse-Pe' Gonzales was also influential. The feather design with the flat black against the HIGH POLISH, makes the design stand out. Her pieces seldom com...e to auction.
