CoasterStone states it makes the "First Coaster that Really Works". The coasters are made from 300 million year old stone that readily absorbs moisture and condensation. They are about 4 and 1/4th inches in diameter and about 1/4th inches thick with a cork backing to avoid scratching surfaces. They are new and in excellent condition. The coasters and box weigh 1 pound 4 ounces. The box had been taped shut.
