HELLO .... thanks for looking we USUALLY have around 500 antique , odd , unusual & collectible items listed in our..... BUY IT NOW.. PLEASE NOTE ............ this item is selling AS-IS ....... i will describe... it to the best of my ability , but nearly every item i sell is from 50 to 100 years old and will show some sign of wear THIS LISTING ........ i was at a nice estate auction at least a year ago ....... i have a smaller tapestries ( a pair ) listed on ebay ....... then i just found this larger one that i had forgotten about ...... lol . i am not knowledgeable about this cloth , beaded , sequinned work of art ...... i think it is a fine example ....... and someone else thought enough of it to have it nicely framed in a nice wood and glass frame ...... custom ordered to make it fit perfectly ...... naturally i did not open the sealed back ...... so i can not describe the back of the cloth ....... 3 dimensional figurines and temple .... horse and more have ALL been raised out from the back in relief ...... the large white bits are glass ....... i took pictures to show the quality ...... but apart from that ...... i am kinda lost ....... they appear to be from Burma just by the dress and style ....... also perhaps the word Kalaga applies ...... you must decide it seems very much like a famous fable ...... perhaps a bit of history depicted here ...... i wish i knew / heh heh . anyway it is stunning
