Vintage Chalkware Bank Still Panda Teddy Bear Carnival Prize Silvestri Bros Cork. Large and heavy chalkware plaster panda bear still bank was probably a carnival prize during the 1960s. Original cork with a piece of muslin, I guess to keep it from falling out. Who am I to remove this??? Signed Silvestri Bros. Some chips and dings. See photos. Measures 12 1/2" by 8".
