For auction is an authentic hand drawn and painted Hanna-Barbera Hong Kong Phooey Production Animation Cel. Unsure of the exact date, but I believe it is from the 1970s/80s. All cels were purchased from reputable US collectable dealers 20+ years ago. The transparent cel comes with a coloured background.
