This 82-page, thirty-eight year-old publication has been stored in a polypropylene archival bag in a smoke-free environment, and is in excellent to near-mint condition. I rarely, if ever, describe a cover as cosmetically perfect (and I won't in this case), but this one comes pretty close. To be safe, let's just say it's really, really nice -- exceptionally clean and smooth -- and appears to have retained all of its original, vivid semi-gloss finish. There appears to be no real wear or notable blemishes. (As always, of course, please examine the hi-res photos and let your own eyes be the judge). The mailing label was meticulously removed, leaving an almost imperceptible trace. The spine is tight, with clean staples and zero wear. The pages (inserts included) are clean and crisp, with sharp corners and no rips, tears, markings, or wrinkles (a couple of tiny "snips, " with no paper loss, over advertising between pages 48 and 49). All around, an exceptionally well-preserved vintage publication that still maintains a fresh and crisp look and feel.
