For ungraded cards, it will be the stan...dard first class shipping rate that is determined by the USPS. On any item that sells for over $300, I will provide insurance for it and this will be on me. For anyone else wanting insurance, it is a service you will need to pay for.On the Worldwide Shipping, I go off of what Ebay charges for global shipping. We use the Ebay Global Shipping program and they control all shipping costs outside the U.S.We do charge sales tax for only residents of Kentucky currently, all other sales tax is charged and collected by Ebay due to the Wayfair Act. .
