This is an estate find. Measures 8 3/4" x 11 3/4" and has all the pages although the centerfold two pages with the photos of the National League Champions 1947 has come loose; these two pages are still attached to each other. There is some wear to the 'binding' with the covers split about two inches coming down from the top and about an inch coming from the bottom. There is other wear along the spine, mainly to the color. Paper shows some wear at the staples but... other than the centerfold, pages are still holding in place. At one bottom corner on the front cover is a rough rectangle about 3/8" x 1" where the paper is folded up with some creasing to the corners but it's all there. The other bottom corner has a diagonal crease a little over an inch in from the corner - it's visible but still good strength with no floppiness along the crease. In the top outer corner is a waterstain that comes in as far as the tallest building peak and down to the E and R in SERIES - mainly visible as a jagged line on the bottom part that starts at the edge as dark brown and then fades nearly completely out at the R and then in the sky is a band of light to relatively light browning. This waterstain can be seen into the next few pages to varying degree, mainly again as an outer line, but varies until it's gone by Page 7. On some, it has picked up some blue from the inside cover ad but then it's just very light brown on Page 5, etc. Cover has some minor dinginess, mainly of light areas and shows a little more pronounced on the back cover which has a lot more light area. Just very minor page edge wear here and there like bowing of cornertips but otherwise pages are fine, no brittleness. Program has not been written on like with notes or scores. I have a couple old college sports programs/books I'm listing - these have separate centerfold inserts. I'm assuming this program isn't supposed to have that; if so, it's not there. Would rate condition overall good.
