Up for bid as an EXTREMELY RARE 1963 Bob Marley First Recording 45! This little record is one of the Crown Jewels of my music memorabilia collecting days, but it’s time to part with the last of it, so here goes!
I purchased this 45 several years ago on eBay from a very reputable vinyl dealer in the UK (I just moved so am looking for the old auction paperwork). They listed it as Bob Marley’s FIRST recording, but as I’ve never researched it can not verify that (I’m sure you ha...rd core collectors already know).
I’ve kept this 45 in a frame made for 45s, but am willing to ship it with or without the frame.
This record did not come with an original sleeve, but just a regular blank generic one which I didn’t keep. You should have all the information you need from the photos, as the label pretty clearly states where it was press and When.
I’ll look for the auction paperwork tonight, But it isn’t really necessary as the 45 is what it is :-).
also, I’ve never played this 45, but looks to be nice and clean. I really hope this one finds a good home, as it’s one of my last and dearest pieces. I’ll be posting some additional Marley and other rock memorabilia at really low prices to liquidate, So please check back with me, and with over 500 positive feedback (100 percent positive), bid with confidence!
