This lot includes 2 different items that feature the Big Boy restaurant's advertising character. First is a ceramic coffee cup or mug. In pictures Big Boy on the inside. The underside is marked; "WALKER CHINA Vitrified BEDFORD, OHIO...12-34." I THINK this is from the 1950's - give or take. Sadly the cup is in POOR condition. There is a sizable chip on the bottom edge of the back side. There is also a crack around the top of the handle. (The b...ottom end of the handle does not have a similar crack, so I don't think the handle broke off and was glued back.) It still displays well from the FRONT side. The second item is a vinyl (soft rubber-like plastic) doll / bank. It is in MINT condition, still sealed inside the original clear plastic bag. Under his right foot, it is dated "1973."
