This auction is for the Schoenhut Humpty Dumpty Circus Poodle Dog.
This is a wonderful collectible from the wood tys made by the Schoenhut toy makers. This Dog was a character in the Humpty Dumpty Circus
He is a large Poodle Dog, measuring 8" long and 5.5" long. He has his original white paint, his little string tail and the red cloth clown collar. There light surface wear to the paint but he is still in great condition.
He is poseable as you can ...see in the pictures.
The Humpty Dumpty circus was produced by Schoenhut Toy Company in various styles between 1903 and 1935. Collectors construct their own circus displays from the many animals, actors, and accessories. The pieces continue to be very collectible
