Here is one 
National Union Type 42 Vintage Radio Vacuum Tube with Original Box
It is in the original box with box included, box is crumbling at the edges and has a lot of wear but still displays well.
Tube itself is in excellent shape, tests NOS on my Jackson tube tester and from what I can see it appears to be NOS, very RARE to find a 42 tube in this condition!
