SONY WA 8000 FM MW SW 9 Band stereo casette corder.
No problems in receiving broadcasts in AM, SW, and FM stereo modes.
The rod antenna has no damages and works fine.
Clock/timer LCDs are works.
Tuning LEDs for FM stereo and Batt sections are illuminated.
The direction buttons in the top side works.
Cassette player is in working condition.
The recording function is OK: voice and broadcast redordings were tested.

All knobs and buttons are genuine.
However it has some problems:
1) The tape counter (the right lower side of the main pannel) is not working. 2) Battery compartment has small rusted surfaces (please see the last pacture: the blue spots). 3) As seen in the pictures, the surfaces have some scuffs.
Batteries are not included.
Because of the unit's age and cosmetic condition, this unit is being SOLD AS-IS.
