It is expired and no longer for use on a vehicle. It is in excellen...t condition and may be unused - no bolt hole scuffs. IT IS OLDER THAN 3 YEARS IN COMPLIANCE WITH EBAY POLICY. Also keep in mind that in an effort to keep shipping charges reasonable I use USPS PRIORITY MAIL (1-3 days time in transit), USPS PARCEL POST (2-9 days time in transit) and USPS FIRST CLASS MAIL (2-5 days time in transit). If you want it faster, it will cost more but I can do it if you ask. I also use FEDEX GROUND and USPS MEDIA MAIL when appropriate, their time in transits are the same as USPS PARCEL POST.
