Time and care was taken creating this piece from the carefully painted feathers and feet, to the precise little painted ey...es.Based on the stamp impressed on the base, I believe this piece to have been made some time between the 1950s and the 1980s.**CONDITION** This piece is in excellent vintage condition, with no repairs, chipping, or scratches.
