Shipping and HandlingWe use recycled materials when possible and pack your purchased items with care. We have received positive reviews about our packing. We ship Monday thru Friday. Per Ebay policy, orders with 1 day handling will be shipped the following business day from payment. Orders placed on Friday will go out on Monday. Shipping will be combined if you purchase more then one item to whatever it costs us to ship it to you. This rate is not always half the total cost because of weight. Example...$20 shipping total for two items may cost you $15 combined and not $10, so please understand that this to keep us from losing money. We do not make money on shipping.
International shipping will only happen through Ebay's Global Shipping program. Any additional shipping and/or import fees will be calculated and paid by the buyer. Our shipping amount is NOT for this program as it only reflects US shipping costs. Request an invoice prior to payment to confirm. Combined shipping is available prior to you paying for your items. Request an invoice prior to payment or we are unable to combine shipping. PLEASE NOTE that all electronic items sold at our store will come with USA spec plug-ins and will not include wall plugs or adapters for any other country unless specified in the description. ReturnsIf there is a problem with your item, please contact us within 24 hours to discuss a refund or exchange. We normally answer you within 24 hours. Our customer service manager will contact you. We will ask you to send us a photo of any damage for our own records to assist us in taking appropriate action. If warranted we will ask you to ship it back to the address on the Packing Slip at our expense. If you are returning an item that was purchased Brand New with Tags or Sealed in Package, it MUST be returned with packaging in tact in order to receive a refund.A refund WILL NOT be issued if Opened, Seals have been Broken or Tags have been Removed.
