Amperex 12AX7A ECC83, 4-hole Gray Ladder Plates, Top "O" Getter made in the Netherlands. This tube was tested in one of his amps and it works perfectly and sounds great.
All of my tubes were tested by my dad before he passed away last year. Some may have his test results on the tube or on the box, but a few others do not. I also test most of these tubes in one of his amplifiers when possible.
