You are looking at / bidding on a vintage red plastic kleenex tissue box holder. It has white with gold flowers on the top and is a complete box...just doesn't sit over the top of the tissue box. It can be hung on the wall, too. It does show some wear and/or slight scratches, and has rusty hinges. But it is still attractive. Please look at the last 4 pictures to see the worst damage/wear/parts of flowers worn off. Please look at the pictures clo...sely as part of the description.
