This is a stunning porcelain pin dish or tray that's signed and numbered on the back. By all appearances it's hand painted and the pics didn't quite pick up on the delicate gold frost on the left and bottom edges or the fine gold accents on the flower and stem. The flower is lightly dimpled, which must be by design because the rest of the dish is very smooth. The back has two intentional holes through the base like it was meant to hold thread for a wall hanging? ...
