the Panasonic VHS Cassette Recorder is in excellent condition with almost no signs of wear to the shell. all functions were tested and worked except play. it begins to play and almost immediately stops. Most likely just a belt. an as is item with no returns. i have many items both new and used this season and i can combine shipping on multiple items paid for at the same time
