All returns must be 100% complete, in the same condition as when sold, and in the original packaging. Refused Delivery: Returns falling under this category will be treated as "Unwanted Returns", consequently they will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. The customer will also be responsible for the return shipping cost incurred by the action of refusing the delivery.
Defective Items: A customer must notify us within 30 days of receipt to request a Return Merchandise Authorization number & a Prepaid Fedex Ground Shipping Label. We test all items claimed defective upon return and if found to be in working condition, a 20% restock fee will apply & the cost of the shipping label.
