You are bidding on an antique tall hutch ROBERT PORTNER BREWING CO. soda bottle from Alexandria, Virginia. Dating between 1880-1890, this early bottle stands 7-1/4" tall by 2-1/2" diameter across the base. It is blown in mold and has a classic, thick hutch style blob top, extra heavy glass cylindrical shaped body and a recessed base.
The bottle is strongly emboss...ed within a circular slug plate and reads as follows:
