This is a vintage USAF 96th Bomb Wing (96BW "E Sempre L'Ora") patch. The unit had this designation from 1972 until 1991 and was based at Dyess AFB, TX; they flew B-52s, B-1s, and KC-135s.. The patch is approximately 3" and has a straight/cut edge. It has been sewn/worn.
