UP FOR AUCTION IS A WESTERN ELECTRIC 521-W LOUD SPEAKERThe horn is some type of fiber or paper mach'e.The voice coil checks open with an ohm meter. The physical condition is pretty good for a piece that was made in 1923.The outer covering of the original cord is fraying pretty bad.I have owned this speaker for more than 45 years. These speakers are getting very hard to find. The speaker measures 22 1/2 inches tall and 10 1/2 inches in diameter.
