For sale is a beautiful Nikko NR-819 AM/FM Stereo Receiver / Amplifier. It almost looks like it just came out of the box, I should know since I took it out of the box in 1979 when I bought it. I used it for about 10 years and it’s been sitting on a shelf ever since.The only thing I noticed is a very minor nick on the top of the radio, check the photos. The wood has no scratches or blemishes, and I’ve found no other scratches or nicks.I hooked up some speakers and everything seems f...unctional. This amplifier puts out a nice sound. The AM/FM receivers “work”, picked up stations, but will need an alignment after 40 years and the pilot lamps needs to be replaced. I down loaded and printed the service manual and was going to service the amp but ran out of time. The original owners manual and service center card are included as well as the reprinted service manual.
