I purchased this Beta player 1 week ago to see what was on a few tapes. Now that I’m done it’s up for grabs. It works perfectly, even with my new TV. I just plugged in the Red/Yellow/White A/V cords and it popped up sound and video no problem. I will even throw some used Beta tapes in the box with old movies and crappy 80’s TV shows that you can record over if you like. The tapes will end up in the recycling bin unless you request them.
