ACOUSTIC RESEACH AR - 3a, AR - 3, AR - 2ax, OTHER LARGE SPEAKERS, SOLID CHERRY STANDS

Newly manufactured pair of speaker stands. Made for large AR speakers but usable for many speaker manufactures. Patterned off original AR drawings. Solid cherry, legs and cross members. Initially, we have 4 pair available.Cut, milled and planed from our own cherry tree. Suitable for speakers weighing up to 85 lb. Three coats of natural oil, then hand buffed to a silky finish. As the finish is clear oil, the attractive cherry grain structure sh...ows well. These will accommodate all of the larger AR speakers including the AR-3a, AR-2a, AR-2ax, AR-5, AR-10 PI, AR-11, AR-12 and others. The coloring is particularly nice with the later model AR-11, AR-10PI and AR-12 speakers with the lighter walnut finish. Our photos show the stands with an AR-3a speaker. At their maximum points, the stands are 11 7/8 in. wide x 13 1/4 deep x 11 1/4 in. high. The legs are approx. 1 1/2 in. square. The center cross brace is 7/8 in. thick by 2 1/8 in. high. Depending on the size of your speakers, more or less of the top corners of the legs will show. Felt pads are provided for the tops of the legs.We often have other stands made from other hardwoods.
