Vintage Car Tyre Hand Pump: Bailey's Super by Apex Inflator Co. Ltd.. When the outlet is blocked with my thumb it develops air pressure so, although probably more a period accessory, this pump does appear to be working.The barrel of the pump is in very good order with shiny black paint and very few marks or scratches.The wooden handle is also good but has suffered a little bit of paint loss.The 2 flip out 'feet' are a bit rusty. It will need a new tube and valve attachment. The pump en...d of the hose is still present. Nice item
