For your consideration I have a nice quad set of RCA 2A3 valves with spring tops with very close match on my Hickok 539C tester, the black plates are quite dark and foil getter, its quite rare now to see a set of 4 spring top 2A3 tubes, nice sweet sound for your Western Electric mono blocks or ...any stereo amplifier ! my photo's show good detail - good luck.
Tube 1 = 3200Tube 2 = 3000Tube 3 = 3200Tube 4 = 3200 ..... average min is 1900
