Pioneer CT-F1000 Cassette Deck Working, New Belts, Idler Tire. Condition is Seller refurbished. Shipped with FedEx Ground or FedEx Home Delivery.
This is the second CT-F1000 I have been through. All belts replaced with new, along with new Idle tires and the motor shaft rubber that drives the Idler tire. I got my belt kit, tires, replacement shaft rubber through Marrs Comm.
All 15 capacitors on the power supply board are new as are all 20 caps on the control board, under tap...e drive. Replaced the 3 micro-switches above the cassette as well. I found one bad so replaced all three. Also replaced the 2 caps on the Capstan motor board.
I did not take apart the motors, they are original, added a drop of oil to shaft is all.
Replaced the bulbs in the VU meters with new 8v 55ma units.
Check out the pictures, this deck does have some scratches, dings. The biggest is on the front, upper left. This had raised edges around the dent, gently filed down. I had a round sticker over the dent while I used this in my system. (A Pioneer "wing" badge would make a good cover) When you flip the head cover down there is slight discoloration in the plastic trim on either side of the tape holder, hard to see in the pictures, but not that noticeable.
Switches all cleaned and lubed. I do not lube the Power switch. Counter works, rewind to zero memory works. Record one side of a tape to verify it recorded good. 400Hz test tone works. I used this deck mostly for playback of tape.
This deck is in working condition but I can't guarantee how long it will work. I did not replace any other components, just what is listed above.
This is not in perfect condition but is a nice unit none the less, should cost less to buy than a "perfect" one, and there are some really beautiful decks on ebay, $$$.
