Audio Research SP8 MKII In

Audio Research SP8 MKII all tube preamplifier with phono stage. This is the best vintage preamp Audio Research ever made along with SP10. It has tube powered regulator that makes it outstanding. If you are looking for high resolution with lush sound, SP8 is the one you are looking for. I rate this unit 8/10 because of the age. The preamp is in great shape that you can see from the pictures. It is hard to find a unit in this condition.     Both power supply tubes are NOS.... One 6922 tube is also NOS. All other four 12AX7 tubes  are new issued Russian tubes. All tubes are checked by Hickok tube tester and in good operation condition. The preamp sounds fantastic.
