3. Notwithstanding Conditions 1. & 2. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please notify our office within 14 days stating your reasons, where upon after return of the goods in their original condition as purchased, and subsequent consideration, a full repayment will be made to the buyer.
4. Packing & Handling costs in addition to Postal Charges will apply to all purchases that are not listed with UK free P&P. Proof of posting is obtained for all transactions. Recorded “Signed For” or “Special Delivery” for UK buyers, and Royal Mail “International Tracked and or Signed” for Overseas buyers will apply in some cases at a fee to include insurance. However, these fees will be kept to a minimum bearing in mind the cost of packing materials, time and transport costs to the Post Office. Once your parcel has been despatched you will be notified by email.
5. Combining purchases can be made to save on postage costs. For UK buyers, you will only pay the highest single postal fee in your chosen selection, the additional items will be included free of any further P & P charges. Any delay experienced regarding the delivery of your parcel is completely out of our control, we will of course enquire on your behalf as to the cause of the delay.
