This is a rare, antique, 1884 (JOHN) DEERE & COMPANY advertisement for “The Gilpin Sulky Plow”. This is a folded advertisement with beautiful color on the front and back. The inside is black & white and is advertising the plow. There are a couple of testimonials praising the plow. This advertisement is 135 years old and the company had only been around 47 years when this was printed. It is in remarkable condition for its age however there are creases in the paper and bends on the c...orners.
