This 1950's vintage Napco Santa Claus was found at an Estate Sale. The original box, if ever there was one, had been lost or thrown out by the family. This Santa holding a Christmas tree is in very good condition, no nicks, chips or repairs. His paint is still very bright and vibrant. The white spots are due to the camera......very high gloss. The only minor paint loss I see is on the top of his boot. ( see photo #3). Considering the a...ge....He has held up remarkably well. Santa has the cutest face with a little red mouth, rosy cheeks, big fluffy beard and big eyes with long eyelashes. ( see photo #2). He is in a sitting position with one knee straight and the other one bending and is wearing big black boots! He has green gloves on as he holds a green Christmas tree decorated with red balls in hos right hand.This Santa is approx. 4" tall, 3" long and 2"wide. On the bottom is the original NAPCO sticker and the number X-8393. ( see photo #6).If you collect vintage Santa Claus figurines, this would be a very nice addition to your Santa collection.From the same sale I found two more, a Santa with a lantern and a little girl with a cloth hat and real hair!
