Up for auction is this RARE Civil War Period  AMES HORSE ARTILLERY SWORD. Ricasso stamped " U.S. A.D.K. 1865 on one side and Ames Mfg. Co. Chicopee, Mass. on opposite side. Brass single bow guard stamped A.D.K. inspector marked. Wire wrap in pieces . Missing approximately 50% wire wrap on handle. Blade length is 32 inches.   No Scabbard. CONTINENTAL U.S. BUYERS ONLY!!!! No Reserve!!!!
