My gut feeling is that this set is producted by De Lizza & Elster, perhaps not for the Juliana line, but it certainly has many of the earmarks of their craftsmanship from circular stabilization ring, to attach pin stem to body, as well as wire over work and general style/open back stones.The brooch measures just shy of 3 inches across and is a well made, stable and beautiful piece with mostly open back stones, and then the clip earrings are just a hair over 1 inch.There is incredib...le artistry here an a very well made set!
