Antique Brass/Nickel-Plated Cup Holder - The Brasscrafters - Early 1900s. Shipped with USPS Priority Mail.
This is a gorgeous, antique original, nickel-plated brass cup holder by The Brasscrafters. It's wall mounted and I will include the original antique screws in the listing. It's in very good condition for its age of over 100 years old :-) And it has remained in the original 1911 Victorian sea-side home since build. Some scratches and wear, of course, and see l...isting pics for details, but I think this only adds to the antique charm.
What I love about antiques is the wonder about the energy they could have captured within. It seems so much more interesting than a cookie-cutter manufactured element in a home. In this case, we have heard many stories from the neighbors and townsfolk of the amazing lady who previously owned the home and took meticulous care of it. She was quite a philanthropist and a colorful character, apparently! So, we would love for these pieces to go to a good home to carry on her fabulous energy and even incorporate some of your own for years to come! .Appx measurements: 3" cup opening. 5 1/2" from wall mount to edge of cup holder.
