This is a large vintage brooch, almost exactly 4cm long and 3cm wide. It is unmarked, but the metal is clearly silver (content is unknown, could be 925 or 800). There are marcasite stones on every side and none are missing. The actual carved cameo portrays a dancing woman holding a cornucopia horn. It can also be worn as a pendant.
