There is some paint on the side of the metal frame. The back is designed so you can enter the date of the child's birth, name, weight, etc. along with Baby's Firsts. The thermometer measures 4 inches by 5 inches. There is no mention of Columbus, Ohio on the thermometer, but the address and the phone numbers ...are located in Columbus. The address is 225-229 King Avenue and the Phone numbers are: UN. 3419, UN. 4221 and UN. 4336. I believe the UN represents the exchange University. Please write if you have any questions.
